PLYMOUTH, WI (WHBL) - A Plymouth man is facing weapons charges after falling on his face as he left a Plymouth tavern over the weekend. 56 year old Michael Dunn Sr. was charged yesterday with carrying a handgun where alcohol is sold and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. Both are misdemeanors and carry penalties of 9 months in jail and fines of $10,000. Authorities said Dunn was leaving the City Club Bar when he fell onto his face. He was unconscious and bleeding when EMTs arrived on the scene. That’s when Paramedics found a loaded handgun in Dunn’s jacket pocket. Dunn did have a concealed carry permit.
