SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who was high on aerosol is facing several misdemeanor charges. 33 year old Dane Schmidt was arrested last Friday evening after police received a report of a man lying on the ground next to his motorcycle in Evergreen Park, and possibly huffing. According to the criminal complaint filed Monday, police found Schmidt sitting on the ground disoriented and huffing from an aerosol can. Court records indicate Schmidt is currently free on bond from a previous huffing case. He could get 9 months in the county jail and a $10,000 fine on the charge of abusing a hazardous substance.
