SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- A second man is now facing homicide charges for selling the heroin that caused an overdose death in September of 2015.

28-year-old Joshua Lemons faces one count of first degree reckless homicide in connection with the death of Brian Glynn Jr.

Police had already charged another man in the case. They say 36-year-old Benjamin Dehn admitted to going with Glynn and another victim to Milwaukee to buy the heroin that killed Glynn.

According to the criminal complaint, deputies were called out to Cedar Grove on September 4th after the other victim's family were concerned about his whereabouts. When they arrived at the man's home, they found him unresponsive in the bathtub and Glynn already deceased in the bedroom.

Medical personnel were able to revive the other victim, and he told them that he and Glynn met while in substance abuse treatment. He told police that that Glynn asked him to take him to Milwaukee to buy heroin. The victim identified told police that Dehn and Glynn then drove to Dehn's heroin dealer to get the drugs.

Police say Dehn later identified Lemons as his dealer while in custody. Dehn only knew the man as "P." He then gave them his dealer's phone number which was known to officials in the county drug unit as a drug supplier, and had been identified as Lemon's phone number through investigations. Lemons was already in custody on unrelated charges in Milwaukee.

Lemons is still in custody in Milwaukee, but has had a further $75,000 cash bond placed against him. He'll be back in court for a preliminary hearing April 13th.
