Second Man Faces Charges In February Prostitution Arrest

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- A Sheboygan man is due in court today on pandering charges stemming from a February arrest for prostitution.

26-year old Drue Christensen is scheduled for an initial appearance today on a charge of pandering. Online court records show that he failed to make his first initial appearance on March 14th.

Police say Christiansen was involved in an arrest for prostitution on February 23rd. Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of North 27th Street for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked outside a residence. Officers confronted Christiansen who told them he was waiting for a female friend. Officers then spotted 32-year-old Nicole Andre and 59-year-old Lester Bischoff leaving that residence.

During the investigation, officers determined that Andre was offering her services on Backpage. Christiansen and Andre were heroin users, and Andre was offering Christiansen free drugs for transporting her to meet with her clients.

Andre is free on a $250 cash bond and will be back for a plea hearing April 16th.

Bischoff is free on a signature bond and will be back in court for a plea hearing May 17th.
