MADISON, WI (WHBL/KFIZ) - Alliant Energy officials say some payment options, including My Account, won’t be available for the next few days while they complete an upgrade to their customer information and billing system.
Wisconsin customers won’t also be able to make payments through 1-800-Alliant through Sunday.
Officials say the upgrade should be complete by 6 a.m. Monday morning, and late payment penalties will not be assessed for payments due during the upgrade.
Also affected by the upgrade includes starting and stopping services, making payment arrangements, and reporting outages and emergencies online.
