SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - She was found passed out inside a running automobile last Fourth of July - now she will be spending time in a local jail for her third OWI.

Reserve Judge Terrence Bourke sentenced 31-year-old Jessica Wehmeyer of Sheboygan to 45 days of incarceration, along with 26 months each for a revoked license and using an ignition interlock, after she pleaded no contest to the OWI charge.

The charge came about after Sheboygan Police were called to investigate, found Wehmeyer inside the vehicle, and arrested her after she failed field sobriety tests.  A preliminary breath test also found her to be about one-and-a-half times over the legal limit.

When asked if she had anything to drink prior to driving, Wehmeyer reportedly said she did have a few alcoholic beverages and smoked marijuana.
