SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Two of the three people who were charged after Plymouth Police investigated a drug overdose incident in December were sentenced recently for possessing drug paraphernalia.
25 year old Ryan Diekow was sentenced to a year of probation by Judge James Bolgert. 21-year-old Amelia Laduke was not given any sentence for the misdemeanor because she's currently on probation for maintaining a drug trafficking place felony from February of 2015.
Laduke, Diekow and Ryan’s brother, Cody, were found inside a home where Ryan was treated for an overdose. The criminal complaints stated Amelia told investigators the three of them went to Milwaukee earlier in the day to purchase heroin that they used.
Cody Diekow is facing harsher charges for his alleged role in the incident, and court records show he will have a court hearing later this week.
