SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Kiel man was given a four month jail and four year probation sentence for stealing items from a person in Plymouth back in September.
Judge Angela Sutkiewicz ordered the sentence last week after 49 year old Courtney Woods pleaded no contest to charges of theft and possession of narcotic drugs.
The criminal complaint against him states Plymouth Police were called to Cherry Lane on September 18 for an incident. The victims claimed they noticed Woods on the street as they turned onto it, and that he came up to their vehicle and punched one of them. He then took a wallet and keys from the vehicle, allegedly for not being paid by the victims earlier.
When law enforcement found him one day later, Woods reportedly admitted to the claims against him.
