SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man has been sentenced in Sheboygan County Court for sexual assault of an intoxicated victim. 56 year old Lester Green appeared recently before Judge L. Edward Stengel and was sentenced to 8 years in prison to be followed by 15 years on extended supervision. Green and two others had picked up a 46 year old, highly intoxicated Sheboygan woman in a downtown tavern last July. The victim told investigators that she had passed out and the next thing she remembered was waking up at her home and being raped. Authorities were able to track the men down through surveillance video at the bar. 30 year old Gregory Basped was found guilty by a jury last week and will be sentenced on March 19th. 31 year old Roger Basped will go on trial in Sheboygan County Court tomorrow.
