SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Milwaukee man will begin his trial in Sheboygan County Court for his alleged role in a shooting incident from last November.
Online court records show a jury will be selected to hear the case of 23 year old Israel Littleton, and it is expected to last through Friday in front of Judge Timothy Van Akkeren.
He faces attempted first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety.
Littleton is accused of being part of a shooting incident at a home on the 1100 block of South 10th Street November 29 that injured two people. He was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in Milwaukee in January.
A second suspect in the shooting, 23-year-old Damon Smith, has already been found guilty of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and felon in possession of a firearm. He will be sentenced August 6.
