SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is charged for allegedly having sex with a teenage girl twice. 26 year old Brandon Sturm faces two counts of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16.
According to the criminal complaint, Sheboygan Police were informed of the incidents late Sunday by the 14 year old girl’s grandmother.
When interviewed, the girl accuses Sturm of having sex with her on two separate occasions at his home on Ontario Avenue.
-The first occurred after the two met at Workers Park after the girl texted Sturm for cigarettes. Sturm allegedly got gin, the two drank it, and then both headed back to his place. It was there that the two had sex in his bedroom.
-The second incident allegedly occurred the next day at his home in the basement so that no one would disturb them. They had sex for several minutes before Sturm stopped after he got scared after hearing someone outside the basement. The two did get back together at Workers Park to split Xanax they purchased from someone else.
Sturm was taken into custody, but he refused to be interviewed.
He now faces up to 80 years in prison if found guilty.
