Sheboygan, WI (WHBL) – Rodney L. Harding is facing felony charges of election fraud and illegal voting. Charges were filed against Harding in Sheboygan County Court after state officials allegedly detected irregularities stemming from a vote Harding cast during the November, 2014 elections.
He will make an initial court appearance before Judge Edward L. Stengel on Monday, July 6, 2015.
Harding has a prior criminal conviction after pleading no contest to a felony battery charge in August of 2014. That case stems from an incident that occurred six months prior.
