SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan County saw a second straight month of home sales growth.

The latest figures from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows four more homes were sold last month in Sheboygan County compared to the same month last year.  However, the median price of homes sold was down nearly 10-percent compared to May of 2014.

Sheboygan County has seen ebbs and flows to its housing market in 2015, with some months showing growth and the others declines.

Overall, six more homes have been purchased in the county during the first five months of 2015 when compared to the same time period last year.  The median home price is also higher than last year, but only by five-hundred dollars.

Across Wisconsin, last month was the best May for the state since 2006.  2015 has also seen higher home sales and median prices compared to last year.
