SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A continuing feud between several people led to a Sheboygan man arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at others.
34 year old Anthony Sims faces a misdemeanor after Sheboygan Police arrested him and his girlfriend Sunday following a high-risk traffic stop around Burger King.
The criminal complaint states Sims and his girlfriend were being followed by a woman, who had children with Sims, and her boyfriend after seeing each other around the Walgreens on Erie Avenue. Sheboygan Police were called in after witnesses saw Sims sticking out a vehicle window and pointing a gun at the other vehicle.
When interviewed, Sims denied pointing a gun but says his other actions were done out of fear for the safety of himself and his girlfriend.
Sims now faces up to nine months in jail and up to ten-thousand dollars in fines.
