SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing a second degree sexual assault charge. 22 year old Vernon Lee the Second was charged Friday for his alleged actions to a 16 year old girl back in April.
The criminal complaint states the victim had spent time with Lee and several others at the Econo Lodge Hotel and Lee’s house drinking and smoking. One of the victim’s friends who was there told Sheboygan Police Lee told her he had inappropriately touched the victim. The victim told law enforcement she did not remember being inappropriately touched.
Lee made his initial court appearance Friday and had a 35-hundred dollar cash bond set. He faces up to 40 years in prison if found guilty.
