SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing charges for his alleged actions to his four year old daughter and lack of cleaning. 22 year old Kenneth Diener was charged Friday with sexual assault of a child and child neglect.
According to the criminal complaint, the daughter told an aunt this week that Diener would play a "game" with her where he would inappropriately touched her when she would be at her father’s place on North 15th Street.
When Sheboygan Police went to visit the home, investigators found piles of dog feces and urine on the floor all over the residence.
When interviewed, Diener said he had been in a deep depression and was having trouble cleaning up after his four dogs. As for the allegation of sexual assault, Diener said his daughter had learned the "game" from his ex-wife’s boyfriend the previous summer.
Diener made his initial court appearance Friday and had a 10-thousand dollar cash bond set. He faces up to 60 years, nine months in prison if found guilty.
