SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - An early morning fire on Sheboygan’s west side Wednesday caused $10,000 in damage. Sheboygan Fire Department Battalion Chief Dean Klein said multiple units were called out to the building at 623 North Evans Street around 12:20 a.m. When crews arrived, they were directed to the back of the building where there were flames outside the second floor. The fire, which also spread to a second floor bedroom and attic inside the building, were put out. Damage was limited to these areas of the building with no injuries were reported. An investigation into what caused the fire is ongoing.
