SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Milwaukee man has admitted taking young women from Sheboygan to North Dakota's oil fields so they could be prostitutes.  Thirty-two year old Levell Durr struck a plea deal with prosecutors to spend 21 months in prison - less than what he might have been given had a jury found him guilty.  A federal judge does not have to accept the deal.  We'll find out when Durr is sentenced on January 16th.  He pleaded guilty to coercion-and-enticement.  He admitted taking women to North Dakota and advertising for their services, but he denied forcing them to go.  Sheboygan Police were told a few months ago that Durr took three women away against their will, and he used drugs and physical violence to keep them in line.  Prosecutors said one woman was kept in a dog kennel for a number of days for breaking one of Durr's rules.  He was arrested in Bismarck North Dakota in late June.
