SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing up to 60 years in prison and lifetime supervision for allegedly having sexual contact with a 5 year old girl 10 years ago. 45 year old Dennis Kolosso is a convicted sex offender who has spent time in prison and he was charged in Sheboygan County Court Thursday. According to the criminal complaint, the investigation began in August when the victim, now 15 and living in Menominee, Michigan, reported the incident, which had occurred in the city of Sheboygan, to Menominee authorities who contacted Sheboygan Police. When investigators contacted Kolosso this past Monday he denied the allegations, saying that everyone was lying. He was arrested on a charge of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13.
