SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Plymouth man will spend nearly 8 months in the county jail under the Huber Law for his 4th drunk driving conviction. 51 year old Williard Weaver the Third was sentenced recently by Judge Angel Sutkiewicz (Sue-kev-itch) in Sheboygan County Court. He was also ordered to pay fines and fees of over $2,530 with payments of $50 per month to begin in September. Weaver was arrested last December after he struck a parked car just a couple of blocks from his home in the city of Plymouth.
