SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man faces multiple misdemeanor charges for huffing cans of Dust Off in a public area.
According to the criminal complaint, Sheboygan Police were called Thursday to investigate a suspicious vehicle parked next to Harry’s Diner on Calumet Drive. When officers arrived, they found 30 year old Steven Kallas sitting in the passenger seat with foam coming out of his mouth and having a confused facial expression. Officers noticed three cans of the compressed air product in the vehicle and asked Kallas if he was huffing them. He said, "Yes."
He now faces up to 27 months in prison if found guilty.
