SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan County health providers are conducting a community health survey to help them determine the current health of area residents and how to improve their services.
County Public Health Officer Jean Beinemann says they are contacting people over the phone to find around 400 to complete the 18 minute survey. Questions that will be asked include what access people have to health services, what their diet is, and personal behaviors that can impact health. Those who take part will remain anonymous. Results will be made public later this year.
Beinemann said the survey is part of a larger effort to analyze health trends in the area.
