SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man with a history of thefts dating back to last fall will be out of circulation for a while.
51 year old Mark Ball stole $5000 worth of tools from a parked car in the city of Sheboygan last August and then was arrested after police learned he had been riding a bicycle on Indiana Avenue pulling a baby carrier and trying to sell the tools. He was also charged about that same time last year with stealing a $1000 LED TV from the southside Wal-Mart and with stealing liquor from the South Business Drive Pick’ N Save.
Ball was in Sheboygan County Court recently and Judge L. Edward Stengel sentenced him to 5 years in prison to be followed by 9 years on supervision. Ball was also ordered to make restitution of nearly $6,000 for the stolen tools.
