SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Work began Monday on two road constructions projects in the county - one north of Sheboygan and the other north of Kohler. County crews will begin moving County LS inland by removing pavement of the current county trunk between Eisner Avenue and County MM. The road will remain open to traffic except for the bridge that crosses the Pigeon River. That will be closed for about two weeks. Also, state crews will begin replacing the concrete pavements on the ramps that connect Highway 23 and County Y. Motorists can expect lane restrictions and the closure of the off ramps between the two roads until mid-June. Both projects are expected to be completed later this year.
