SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Snow Emergency in the village of Kohler will end at noon Thursday, but will be back in force from 8 a.m. to noon on Friday. Public Works Director Bruce Neerhof said the village received about 4 inches of snow overnight, but the snow cover was shrinking by mid-morning with the arrival of rain or sleet. The city of Sheboygan received two to three inches of snow, but by 7 o'clock the snow had stopped and there was intermittent rain. Other areas to the west including Howards Grove and Elkhart Lake reported 5 to 7 inches of snow overnight.
