SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan Police have announced that a sex offender will be moving into the north side of Sheboygan.
50 year old Randall C. Martinek will move into a residence on the 1100 block of North 14th Street sometime next week. He was sentenced for first degree sexual assault of a child and has served his prison time for the crime.
Martinek will be supervised by agents and will have to participate in long term programming. He will also have to register with the state's sex offender registry.
