SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - State Senator Joe Leibham says he was happy to vote for tax cut legislation when it came before the Joint Finance Committee Tuesday. The Sheboygan Republican, who sits on that committee, said the proposal - which now goes to the Senate - will make Wisconsin more tax-friendly and provide funding for worker training. Leibham said the plan will allow the average Wisconsin family to keep 700 dollars more of their hard earned money each year.
