SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan County Board Tuesday night took time out to remember the victims of the Newtown massacre. County Administrator Adam Payne said all thoughts are with the families of Newtown as supervisors stood for a moment of silence. The board then got down to business and honored outgoing County Clerk Julie Glancey, attending her final meeting. She will retire when her term ends on January 2nd after 40 years with the county. Payne called it a "stellar career."
