SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Congratulations to Janine Moreno of Lake Country Academy for taking first place at the annual Sheboygan County Spelling Bee, held at Acuity on January 28. Janine will represent the City of Sheboygan in the state level Spelling Bee on March 29th in Madison. Congratulations to Jackson Pond from Horace Mann Middle School for earning the second place title. Although only one student can win, it should in no way diminish the tremendous accomplishment of the eight students who qualified to participate and represent their school at the county-wide competition.
