SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - 2013 ended with some mixed housing numbers in Sheboygan County. The Wisconsin Realtors Association says five less homes were bought in the county last month than in December of 2012. However, the median price for homes was up over 38 percent.
Despite the year ending with four straight months of less home sales in the county, the entire year saw 96 more homes bought than in 2012. The median price was up over ten thousand dollars to 120 thousand.
Statewide for 2013, home sales were up nearly 11 percent with the median price up just over seven percent.
