SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan Police Department is looking for a dog that bit a Sheboygan woman Wednesday afternoon. Lt. Doug Teunissen said it happened shortly before 3 o'clock near North 6th and Wisconsin Avenue. Teunissen said the victim encountered a woman walking her dog, and she bent down to let the dog sniff her hand. As she turned to walk away the dog bit her. The dog is described as small to medium sized, black, and resembling a German shepherd mix. The woman who was walking the dog is described as about 5-10, 40 years old, wearing a puffy brown jacket with off-brown, curly hair down to about mouth-level. Teunissen said they want the owner, or anyone with any information, to call them at 459-3333.
