SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The city of Sheboygan has a new operator to manage the Harbor Centre Marina. The city council Monday night unanimously approved a 5-year contract with the Seigel-Gallagher Management Company to replace Skipper Buds. John Mathison, spokesman for the company said they will be retaining present staff at the marina. He told the council that they don’t sell boa - they focus on customer service. He said they do that using web-based programs, internet, and social media to communicate with boaters and to market the marina. The new manager will received a base fee of $60,000 beginning next year and then increasing $5000 each year after that.
