
FOND DU LAC, WI (WHBL) - A 1st degree intentional homicide charge has been filed against the wife of a Fond du Lac man who was missing for the better part of last month. That, and a hiding a corpse charge were brought against Eve Nance in Fond du Lac County Court late Tuesday morning. During a press conference, more details were released. Fond du Lac Police Chief Bill Lamb says Timothy Nance’s body was found in a wooded area of Milwaukee Thanksgiving Day and a subsequent autopsy confirmed he was a murder victim who had been shot twice in the head. Lamb said Nance has admitted she shot her husband during an argument over extramarital affairs. Tina Ewell, Eve Nance’s sister, who had been arrested with her, has been released from custody.
