SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man accused of shooting out the windows in 23 vehicles in the Sheboygan area with a pellet gun has waived a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to charges of felony criminal damage to property. 22 year old Andrew Zeier Jr. appeared Friday in Sheboygan County Court and was bound over for trial. Authorities said Zeier and a companion drove around the city about two weeks ago, shooting out vehicle windows with a pellet gun, causing an estimated 5-thousand dollars in damage.
