SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man has been charged with burglary and attempted burglary for two break-ins that were reported last weekend. 35 year old Nicholaus Hoem was charged Thursday in Sheboygan County Court after a laundromat and bar were forcibly entered early Monday morning. According to the criminal complaint, nothing was taken from the laundromat, but a bar nearby had some cash removed, and Hoem was identified on surveillance video. During questioning, Hoem admitted entering the businesses, but says he doesn’t remember what happened as his memory was very foggy at the time because he was “buzzed up." Hoem is facing 4 years in prison if convicted.
