MADISON, WI (WHBL) - Home sales in Sheboygan County for the first six months of the year are up almost 12 percent over the same period last year. The monthly report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association indicates there were 649 sales this year compared to 580 a year ago. The median price for those homes is at 122,000 dollars compared to 105,000 last year - an increase of 16 percent. The report said that June was the 24th straight month of positive sales growth in Wisconsin.
