SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Police would like the owner of a dog that bit a woman last night as she walked in the 1100 block of Michigan Avenue to contact them. Lt. Bill Adams said it happened about 8:30. He said the dog was on a leash and the owner was present but left the scene. Adams said police just need to verify that the dog does not have rabies and are asking the owner to contact them.
