Armed Robbery attempt in Sheboygan, suspect still loose

SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - There was an attempted armed robbery in the city of Sheboygan Tuesday morning and police are still looking for the suspect.

Captain Jim Veeser said the lone male entered Clean and Brite in the 1700 block of North 8^th Street armed with a knife just before 10 o’clock.  The suspect demanded money but then fled moments later without it.

Veeser said he is described as a white male, teen to early 20’s, 5-7, thin build, wearing sunglasses, black pants and a grey sweatshirt.  He was last seen running east on Zimbal Avenue.  Anyone with any information has been asked to contact the Sheboygan Police Department.
