SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The Sheboygan Police Department will be holding a free bike rodeo this Saturday. When speaking on Sheboygan’s Morning News, Officer Jeff Fitzpatrick said the event is designed to help kids ages 6 to 12 learn how to operate their bike on the road properly, such as learning turn signals, how to navigate an intersection, and how to ride around parked vehicles.
Two locations will host the rodeo; Evangelical Free Church from 8 to 11, and St. Peter Clavier Church from 12 to 3. Registration will be done on sight, and the first 40 kids who do not come with a helmet at each site will get one free.
