KOHLER, Wis. (WHBL) - Kohler High School is one of five schools that has been nominated for the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program. State Superintendent Tony Evers made the selection Thursday. The program recognizes overall academic excellence or progress in improving student achievement. The program began 30 years ago and has recognized nearly 7,000 schools. Awards are typically announced in September.
