GREEN BAY, Wis. (WHBL) - If you plan to watch Sunday’s Packer-Viking game, don’t be surprised to see Aaron Rodgers without his thick moustache. The Green Bay quarterback turns 29 on Sunday, and he says he’s got to look good for his birthday. Rodgers thickened up the moustache during November to help raise awareness of prostate cancer as part of a campaign during this month called “Movember.” Rodgers has had other moustaches in the past, but for different reasons than raising cancer awareness. Packers’ coach Mike McCarthy has also worn a light moustache this month for the same purpose. Rodgers says he’ll do a lot of things to raise awareness of cancer, and he has enjoyed working with the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer. The moustaches brought a little luck during the month. The Packers went 2-and-1 in November, and they’re 7-and-4 going into their Sunday home contest against Minnesota – which is on December 2nd.
