SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The sale of existing homes in Sheboygan County continues to rebound. The monthly report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association indicates there were 118 home sales in October compared to just 67 in October of 2011. That’s a 76 percent increase. Year to date sales totaled 1,022 compared to just 728 during the first 10 months last year. The median price for an existing home in Sheboygan County dropped slightly last month to 112,750 dollars. Statewide, median prices were up in October by nearly 4 percent.
