SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Milwaukee man is under arrest in Sheboygan after allegedly selling drugs to undercover officers.
24-year-old DeMarco Turman faces two counts of delivery of heroin.
According to the criminal complaint, members of the Sheboygan MEG drug unit set up a pair of drug buys from Turman over the past several months.
Police say the purchases were made back in April. An undercover officer set up a drug buy with Turman through a confidential informant, and traveled to the informant's house. Officers say they paid $80 for a half a gram of heroin that Turman allegedly broke off a much larger chunk that he had brought with him. A second drug buy was set up a few weeks later. Investigators say they called Turman and asked to buy $100 worth of heroin. Turman allegedly agreed, and officers made the purchase late that afternoon. Police say Turman was in the passenger seat of a vehicle that pulled up and made a quick drug exchange with an undercover officer.
Turman is being held on a $10,000 cash bond and will be back in court next week for a preliminary hearing.
