SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- The second person to reach a plea deal in a Sheboygan drug house arrest has been sentenced.
29-year-old Ryan Mandel pleaded guilty in May to one count each of possession with intent to deliver heroin and manufacturing heroin. He was sentenced this week to two and a half years in prison on the charges.
Mandel was arrested in February along with 25-year-old Crystal Rothering. Police say the two were selling heroin and other drugs out of their home. Officers had suspected that location was a drug trafficking place for some time, but it wasn't until after they made an arrest of a person who claimed to have bought drugs from the pair that they moved in for arrests.
Rothering pleaded no contest in March to maintaining a drug trafficking place and bail jumping, while numerous other counts were read into the record. A judge sentenced her to 2 and a half years in prison and three years extended supervision.
