SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- There may be an end to a battle over the future of the Field of Dreams.
In a short statement released last night, Sheboygan school board president Marcia Reinthaler said that a resolution has been reached and that papers are being filed to the court for final approval.
Reinthaler says a previous sales agreement on the property between Aurora Health and the school district expired in January and that negotiations on the sale of that property will have to be restarted before action can be taken. “We look forward to renewed discussions with Aurora Health Care and to presenting potential plans to the community.”
Community input sessions would be held before any new proposal would be brought up for a vote or discussion before the school board.
