SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- A Milwaukee man already facing charged of dealing pot is facing new charges for fleeing from police.
30-year-old Kelvin Hibbler faces one count of obstructing an officer as a repeater.
According to a criminal complaint, Hibbler was spotted by Sheboygan Falls police on April 14th near a residence that he frequented. Police knew he was wanted on warrants and tried to take him into custody. He fled from officers on a bicycle and was able to get away from officers at the scene. Falls police brought the charges in against Hibbler because he's facing charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He was arrested for that last week after Sheboygan Police made a traffic stop and searched his vehicle to find packaged marijuana.
Hibbler remains free on a cash bond and will be back in court today for a preliminary hearing on the marijuana charges.
