MADISON, Wis. (WHBL) - There’s an electric rate increase coming for some folks in Sheboygan County. The state Public Service Commission agreed Wednesday to allow We Energies, which serves a large rural portion of Sheboygan County, to raise the rates. It will mean an increase of just over 4 percent for the average residential customer.
