SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) -  A Sheboygan man will serve 90 days in jail as part of their sentence for committing his fourth OWI offense.  Additional parts of the sentenced handed down by Judge Rebecca Persick to 39-year-old Lance Reed includes 26 months each of having his license revoked and the requirement to use an ignition interlock.

The charge came about after the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department was called to investigate a vehicle driving all over the road around Superior Avenue and County Road Y in the Town of Sheboygan.  Deputies stopped the vehicle, driven by Reed, but not before it struck a mailbox.

Reed was arrested after he failed field sobriety test, and he reportedly had a blood alcohol level nearly two times over the legal limit.
