SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Cedar Grove woman was recently sentenced for causing a disturbance and being uncooperative with officers back in December.
Judge James Bolgert gave 36-year-old Sandra Koszarek 45 days in jail and one year probation after a plea deal was reach. It resulted in Koszarek pleading no contest to one count each of resisting an officer and bail jumping. In return, two additional charges of bail jumping were dismissed.
The criminal complaint against Koszarek states the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department was called to a home on West Center Avenue in Cedar Grove to investigate a disturbance. When they arrived, they came into contact with Koszarek, who reportedly was uncooperative when deputies arrested her.
