SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The charges keep adding up for a Sheboygan man who is accused of causing damage at the Sheboygan County Detention Center.
32 year old Tyler Metzner was charged last week with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct after the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department was called to investigate damage to a jail cell February 2.
According to the criminal complaint, damage done to the cell that Metzner was housed in included the removal of a speaker off the cell’s ceiling, and using part of it to damage glass inside the cell’s door. There were also feces and urine reported all over the cell, and an adjacent cell that Metzner was moved to.
The new charges come a few weeks after a plea deal was reportedly reached for similar charges for similar actions at the detention center over the past few months. Sentencing for those charges is scheduled for March 21.
